Does he need my permission?

STBXH has told me he is moving OW into our marital home. Does he need to have my permission for this to happen? Im named on the property deeds/mortgage and cover my half of the mortgage by allowing him a lodger, and by not asking for maintenance.

I'm not sure about if he legally needs your permission, but if you are on the deeds legally you have to have a key to the property (or be offered one) would she move in knowing you can show up when you like?
