New to Rybelsus - anyone have feedback x

Hi, anyone on Rybelsus for T2 Diabetes but also need to lose weight , I need to shift 5stone ? I have multiple autoimmune disease - PBC, Srogrens, UA Thyroid, Fibro , and Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency so weight loss of any kind has been incredibly difficult ! Currently on Day 7 of 3mg Px by my diabetic nurse x

I've been on it for 3 weeks, swapped from wegovy due to £££.
I suffered dreadful diarrea the first week but I also lost 10lbs so!
Seem to be ok now. I'm barely eating, struggling to make it to 1000kcl a day. I can generally resist chocolate too!
