Has anyone been referred to this and how do you find it? I set it up 3 weeks ago, had an automated message saying welcome, another one the next day to say we can see you are doing great with logging meals/weight (only downloaded the day before!), and then absolutely nothing since.

I get emails saying we can see you are doing great interacting with the App (actually I haven’t at all on the last week due to illness) so it’s seems to be automated messages both on the App and email.

Apparently I should be hearing from my own personal coach - anyone had this?

From a bit of online searching it seems most people have a low opinion of this programme and App.

No, but I've just joined the NHS Healthier You programme, which seems to be the same/very similar. I'm debating about whether to do it online (would prefer but feel I may cheat) or in group sessions (a pain to get to, but it'd be good to get together with others and they may raise things I hadn't thought of).
