So I have been using Mysugr for years and had no problems. Recently the app was bought my Roche and this is where the problems started.

When Roche bought it you had to make a new Accucheck account etc. This has been done and seemed okay but then I started being logged out. If you logged out you then have to confirm the insulin bolus settings are correct before you can log anything. Its been annoying but I have persisted with it as I paid something like £24 a year to use

Tonight when I wanted to log my blood sugars and pre inject before I ate, it logged me out and when I tried to log in it started rejecting the login saying I don't have an account with Mysugr or Roche.

I use a yahoo.co.uk email and have had this email for at least 10 years, is it because its an yahoo account that's more difficult to link to a individual e.g. I don't have a phone number or any other emails linked to it e.g. backup etc.

So contacted support and have yet to hear back. But looking on the reviews of the app I can see lots of similar complaints and it suggests the support is not helping etc

So does anyone have any experience of a Diabetes app, that:
logs blood sugars
Calculates short term insulin bolus based on a time and your required insulin needs ( in the morning I need more insulin than in the evening so it takes the ratio of carbs to insulin at a set time to preform the calculation.

Will graph blood sugars over day, week, 2 week , month etc
Will calc a H1abc
Will display Blood sugar in mmols

Thanks in advance
