had a weird week last year where I felt like I was having anxiety attacks every day. It went away on its own.
this week it’s back and I’ve managed to work out it happens after I have sugar?!
feels like my heart is racing but it’s not. Feels like an anxiety attack without the anxiety. It’s really horrible.
apart from the annoyance it’s happening over Easter, could this be a sign of diabetes? I had my blood sugars checked for an unrelated op last year with no issues but not a fasting one.
or could it be with age and hormonal changes (def getting towards peri menopause) I’m just really sensitive to its effects now?
