Any T1D's been diagnosed with ME/CFS?

I feel like I'm going to get fobbed off by my GP and get told that it's diabetes making me feel like a 90 year old when I'm only 42. I find myself chronically fatigued on a daily basis, regardless of what my sugar levels are. I've read about it and have a lot of ME symptoms. I have a GP appointment tomorrow, just wondered if anyone else was in the same boat?

Yes I have T1 and was diagnosed with ME in August. You can have both, part of the criteria for ME is it developing after a particular event so if you explain the onset to the GP they’ll know that you know what your diabetes was like before and that this is something new.

Theyll probably order some blood tests as loads of things have to be ruled out before ME is diagnosed, and then eventually refer to a specialist for assessment
