HbA1c levels. Reversing T2 diabetes

I have been recently diagnosed as T2 diabetic (3weeks). When I was diagnosed my level was 52, I completly switched my diet, even started eating meat again after almost a year of being vegetarian! I had another test and my result today was 46! Technically I'm now "prediabetic" but wondering if anyone believes in or has reversed their diabetes?

May I add, I'm 5'7, weigh 9st ( have lost 9lbs in the last 3 weeks), mother is T2 and I had Gestational in my last pregnancy (2012)

Yes, definitely you can reverse T2. But it is reversing, not curing. You are always going to have to keep an eye on it.

Well done!

The Blood Sugar Diet by Michael Moseley is your friend. Buy the book and work to it. It's honestly changed my life.

I found low carb reduces mine and I feel so good on it.
