Hi, I've taken Lutein and zeaxanthin for quite few years ... well since I discovered it's good for the prevention of age related macula degeneration.
Today, I read about Astaxanthin which was featured in an article by Dr Joseph Mercola.
Not only is astaxanthin good for eye health, but also offers benefits to ward off dementia.
So after a bit of further reading, I see that Red Krill Oil has naturally occurring astaxanthin.
Can anyone offer me their experience of how they take their astaxanthin?
Do you use a supplement that is just astaxanthin, or do you use the Red Krill?
Please excuse my ignorance on this subject, but I very much want to learn the best way forward. My sight and brain health are a huge concern.
Especially as a chronic migraine sufferer, I have markers to develop dementia 😱
Thank you for reading 🙏🏻
