How to get mum to PET scan

I finally got my mum to the doctor towards the end of last year for dementia symptoms. She’s now had tests at the memory clinic and a CT scan, but the results were inconclusive. They want to do a PET scan and the appointment has come through, but she’s refusing to go again now.

Does anyone have any advice about how my dad and I could encourage her to go?

I'm not sure how you get her there either @BulbasaurusRex. Such an enormously difficult situation for you.

Has she consented to other things that will help long term like LPOA?
