Aunt in care home, how do we change address for post

As the title says really. My aunt is now permanently in a care home so we are trying to sort things out. How do we go about getting her post delivered to my parents house as the care home is a bit reluctant to receive post there. The big problem is my dad doesn't have POA for my aunt. Can anyone advise?

You can do it on-line. Have you tried that? Im cant remember if they need any proof of who you are.

When dm moved into a home I did a post redirection online. A letter went to her old address and redirection address which was fine. I'm not sure long term how you change addresses without poa but you can renew each year so at least it buys time to get it sorted and you are not missing post
