The Good Care Group - any experience?

Does anyone have experience of carers from the good care group caring for someone with dementia?
Both my parents have dementia and have 2 carers 24 hrs a day. But we are considering changing care companies and wondered about this company and wondered if anyone here had experience of them and would be willing to give me any feedback.
