Hi - my mum's existing home care provider have fallen down on the job again, so we need to move to another company. Are there any in Newport (South Wales) that other MNers would recommend? Posters have spoken very warmly about Home Instead on another thread but unfortunately they don't cover this area.
At the moment her needs are pretty limited - cleaning and support with getting her supermarket shopping done - but obviously that's likely to change over time.
