Advice on dementia care homes in Milton Keynes area?

Sadly and completely understandably, my exhausted mother-in-law can no longer look after my father-in-law who has advanced dementia. We have full-time care at home, but it is no longer workable. Any advice on how I can proceed on a specialist care dementia home for him? This is new to me, so I am starting from scratch. They live in Milton Keynes and ideally she would like to stay in her home there. Many thanks.
