Hi dads, I’ve been with my partner since 19 and now 33 in my mid 20s I devoleped some mental health issues and now have fallen back into it I’m scared I’m destroying my marriage, my family life I seem to be very needy and struggling with overthinking my marriage any advice or just knowing I’m not alone might be a start

If you're on Facebook, check out the "Lads' Advice" group run by a great guy called Gav Topley.

Can you make a plan for yourself to include some good stuff? Personally, I'd put socialising right at the top of that list. Easier said than done with young kids, but vitally important in my view.

What daft stuff do your kids enjoy? A bit of fun wrestling? Making a tent under the kitchen table? Try and find some fun you all enjoy.

See a doctor if you feel the need to.

have you thought about attending an Andy’s men club if they have them in your area? That will help you see that you are not alone
