Which is the coolest big cat?

Leopard? Cheetah? Tiger? Puma? Black Panther?

I'd go for Tiger. Big and bitey and the same pattern as a Capri's seat covers.

I'd say cheetah, but only because that's the only one I've been close to.
It's rough coated which surprised me for some reason - I'd assumed that they'd be smooth like a house cat. I was also surprised (again, I don't know why), that it purred.

How are all you people getting so close to these animals?more importantly how can I?
Cheetahs for me too. Then jaguar. Lions and tigers always seem a bit arrogant to me.

Tiger. Lions are a bit lie around and need looked after, the couch potatoes of the big cat world. Tigers are fuck you Rio you limb from limb for looking at them the wrong way. Others are a bit too small (but gorgeous)

Big cats purr, but not like domestic cats. They purr only on the out breath (or actually it might be the in breath, can't remember), so if you wake up in the dark to the sound of an interrupted purr, be very very careful.
