Anyne got a Sony Bravia LCD TV - what are the best picture settings to use?

Hi

Bought a Sony Bravia 32" TV last week and have been faffing around with the picture settings for the last 7 days, bu am unable to get a picture I'm happy with, if anyone has this TV could you let me know what settings you it on for the best picture. Have been on the I-manual but that is useless

Backlight - 6
Contrast - Max
Brightness - 49
Colour - 52
Sharpness - 19
Colour Tone - Neutral
Noise Reduction - Auto
Adv. Contrast Enhancer - On
