This was mentioned on the Giro thread and a few MN peloton riders missed the closing date for entries.

It's a sort 'virtual team directeur' - a bit like football manager I am told. So you have an amount of money and you spend it on forming your own team, by 'buying' sprinters, climbers, domestiques and punchiers all rounders. Obv the better riders come with a higher price tag so spend wisely!

We had a MN League for the Giro. It was justinelibertine who set that up though we haven't seen her much on the latter part of the Giro thread, and I'm not sure exactly how that works.

But ride along to velogames.com and have a look around. We can do a proper TdF thread nearer the time?

I changed my team managers name from my own to this one!

So I can't eyeball everyone else's team before the races start? Boooooring .

I know, damn it, that fighting spirit that made me choose him and the fact that DS1 chose Cav so I felt I had to find someone else has scuppered it for me. I had it all so carefully worked out with the points too.

I don't have a sprinter, I decided to sacrifice sprint stage points and go all in on GC success. Can't wait to unveil the team it is nothing like anything a real pro team would put out!

I made DS1 change his name Atia, he gave me side eye but complied.

I just made DS2 pick a team too so I have someone I can be better than, he is totally going to beat me isn't he? Well at least it will make him interested in the cycling, he's VERY competitive .

I've joined as EverHopeful, it started well but my decision-making has been mathematical so not feeling confident. I'm currently bottom of the work Euro Scores comp.
