I do get torn about this. I mean graffitti is a crime and yet.. and yet.. some of it is so darn excellent.

I'll try to decribe:

A roundabout, with thin railings all around it.

As you drive past, the railings do a thing like a zoetrope

There are bits of black and white tape attached to the leading edge of each railing spelling out BANKSY. Well currently it spells out BANKS

But you can only read it when driving past, if you are static then the word is not apparent.

Clever clever clever.

MAy not be his work, but I liked it anyway.
