Poem about a crime/criminals - does anyone know a good one?

I'm going to a Burns Night and the theme is Crime. Everyone does a turn and, since I can't sing or play an instrument, I reckon I'd be best off with a poem. Does anyone know a good piece? I'd do the one about Bess and the Highwayman but I think it's a bit long.

All suggestions very gratefully received!

What about Porphyria's Lover by Robert Browning? About a psychotic chap who strangled his lover so she'd be his forever:

For sth a bit less melodramatic, Tim Liardet's latest collection, Blood Choir, is based on his time teaching in prisons, and has a lot - some very good - on crime and criminals. Have had a quick scout around but can't find any online, annoyingly - I have the collection knocking around somewhere though, so will post if I happen on it.
