So, it is our 10th wedding anniversary on the 26th this month, and my husband says to me:
Why dont we go and see a show in the West End?
Had he asked me THIS 10 years ago, I would have known not only what was on, but what was good, what was hot and what was not.
I am not a culture vulture. I dont know what culture is anymore.
What can you recommend?
(Not really into musicals, and Carmen is in his words "cheesy" - though have seen Carmen.....)
I dont think I have been to the theatre since I saw "Waiting for Godot" with Ben Kingsley at the Old Vic. (svooon) oh no, I did see "Death of a Salesman" just about 2 years ago.
Maybe we'll just head for the Comedy Store or that famous Jazz hangout in Soho that I cannot even remember the name of.... ROnnie Scotts?
