Am I right in thinking you went to see it on Wednesday afternoon. Did you enjoy it?

We did, but had awful seats, Row b upper circle, view was blocked by bar.

Hiya, yes I did enjoy it despite of the seats, I was in row A but fortunately when I sat back I had a straight view under the bar onto the stage, dd spent most of the time leaning forward too see it and she enjoyed it also, I think kids week is a chance for the theatres to fill up the empty seats that they probably wouldnt sell otherwise, glad I went though

i have been. it was fabbo, but we did have v good seats (my sister works for john lewis and they get concessions)

Tinkerbel5 · 25/08/2007 11:09

thats good to get a concession, must say though that after going to see SOM I have now got the theatre bug, when Maria and the Captain had their first kiss I was so tempted to shout out 'oi oi'

Glad you enjoyed it.
We have been to the theatre a few times lately, but I think I have been spoiled as we have had some really good seats, some of which we paid full price for and others we got special deals through Lastminute.com

Also made it worse was the leg room, thankfully we were on the end of the row as DH is 6'2 and could swing his legs round, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to sit through it at all.

Thought the whole show was beautiful and Aoifa was lovely. My DD 9 for some reason seemed to like the Nazi scene best. DS 11 really enjoyed it was well.
