Has anyone seen the new production?

DS and I are going with his YR 6 class in two weeks

We saw its last performance at the Menier Choc Factory, in February, before it moved to the West End.

It was glorious, very especially the streetwise girl chorus (listen to the doo-wop bits for secret bits of campy wit).

Menier Choc is very small and dusty, with bench seating nearly on top of the stage - so you feel very much part of the action - even more so when tentacles start reaching out over your head. I am not sure whether the West End will feel quite so immediate.

Yr6 a good age for it.

Thanks, It's not a musical I know a lot about other than the Feed Me song.

Sounds as though we will enjoy it

Yr 6 loved it!!! so did the adults

The theatre it is now on at is very small as well, so still very intimate, although the tentacles didn't reach over the heads.

Would definitely recommend it.
