I went to YSP for the first time whilst visiting the ILs and I was really impressed with the park itself. Seeing first hand some of Henry's Moore sculptures was enthralling and awe inspiring. I felt a real reverential respect for his talent and that of the other sculpters whose pieces were on show.
AG's exhibition was really impressive, especially the spider web that he created using twigs. I was awestruck by it simplicity and knowing that it was far from simple to create. His use of what we would deem nature's waste certainly made me think about how we throw so much away without thinking twice about finding a secondary use.
