Any Tori fans out there?

Hey! Are there any MN Mums who like Tori Amos? She is my fav singer ever and I would love to know other people who loved her too. Please dont post to tell me how much you hate her if you do, just let the Christmas spirit guide you.

I've just been listening to her Christmas songs they are lovely.

I absoulutly love her! I have seen her 3 times now! and one of those time was a secret gig at the union chapel in highbuy so very small and intimate!
she is fab! x

oooh I am so happy I found some other fans!! She is due a new record in 2007. I've seen her twice, once in Manchester once in London.

I couldnt say what song of hers was my fav but I love the live album on To Venus and Back. HAving said that they are ALL fantastic!

Was slightly obsessed for her first 4/5 albums. I saw her live 3 times and have every CD single including ltd editions/sets and bootleg concert CDs etc up until 2001, then has ds and had to spend money on other things!!

Have all the piano music too. Good grief I sound really creepy!

Totally out of touch with her stuff for the last few years. Scarlet's Walk has been on my wish list at amazon for centuries now!!!

yes i was very lucky to get a ticket! the last album of hers i bought was scarlets walk!

since ive had dd havnet bought any music, I couldnt name a favourite song either! i do like HoneY and sugar! and playboy mummy i better stop cuz I can see this list going on forever!

I will check out those downloads!

bobsmum get Scarlets Walk its amazing. There is a song on there 'your cloud' which exactly reminds me of the love a mother has for her child. Although Tori said it was written from the lands perspective to the native american indians. But that really is a mother love isnt it.

I'll never forget where I was in life when I bought Little Earthquakes and what a huge effect it had on me - not sure how to explain it - the raw emotion conveyed and her voice - so captivating. Haven't found any of her stuff since ever matched up, but might be tempted to have a look soon.

multitasker - I can PROMISE you that while each one of her cds is different they are all just as good as each other. Venus and Back is dreamy and Spacey, Scarlets Walk is great for roadtrips, Boys for Pele is a great 'GRRRRRR I've had one of those days'

Really I could go on!

I got THIS!!!!!!!! for Christmas from my FABULOUS dh who loves Tori as well!!!!! Am I the luckiest girl or what??
