What are you writing at the moment?

Just wondering
And how is it going?

I love writing but sometimes find it really frustrating as I get a flood of ideas and it is like 'double or drop' - that game on crackerjack years ago.

They keep piling stuff on you and you have to keep hold of it all but then it all starts falling to the floor. I feel like that with writing sometimes - the ideas come too fast and you can't write it all down then forget what you started off thinking about.
Not a very good analogy perhaps...
Hmmmm

Writing my novel, popsycal. Sounds terribly grand, doesn't it? It's going quite well though, done about 15,000+ words so far.

Maybe if you make notes of your ideas you can go back to them later. Keep a notebook for it. That's what I do.

Hi, I have written a children's short story, but I really don't know what to do next. Any ideas???

15000 words is impressive going, Janstar. I'm past the 3,000 words mark on my science fiction magnum opus. It was better than that until I had to flush my PC, made a back-up copy and then accidentally deleted the back-up!!

About 10,500 words down the pan...

Ah, well - it'll be better this time around.

Regards
