Was amazing here in northern Spain. We hadn't heard the news so didn't know it was coming ... we wondered why there was such a wierd light this morning! It went pretty dark & the temperature really dropped. Rushed off to the beach to take some photos - when we got there it was just about over ... bummer. Fab to see it though (sorry).

Thats sounds wonderful, Pip! Even though we now know what causes eclipses, it's still very exciting and it's easy to understand why people in 'ye olden dayes' were so much in awe of them.

For those of us who couldn't see beacuse of the clouds.
