I've got a court date for 28th for an occupation order and non molestation order after experiencing years of rape, coercive control and more recently stalking by my husband.
I've looked on the internet but would be really grateful to hear others real life experience of this. I can't afford a barrister and I'm really worried about being cross examined by his barrister (I'm assuming he will have one). I am applying for special measures so I won't see him but I am worried about the whole thing. I'm dreading it and would feel so much better if I knew what others experienced. TIA
