Court for ABH do they get address?

It's been a long time since I was in court so I'm not sure how it works for ABH

5 years ago I was in court against my ex for DV, he was found guilty and during the time from the assault to being in court he was given the address I was staying at ( I moved out of the area ) and told not to contact or communicate with me. I complained at the time about him being given my address but the police said he had to have it to know where to stay away from

I was attacked by a random woman on a night out in April. It's in court at the end of the month. The police havnt been great at keeping me updated, I didnt even know it was going to court or that she had been charged until I got a letter asking me to attend court. I've emailed the police and they have said she has been told to stay away from me and not communicate with me ( we dont know each other, I wouldn't even recognise her if I saw her in the street, all I remember is she had long dark hair )

So I'm just wondering if she will have my address now too? The policeman is off for the next 5 days so I wont get a reply off him until them so I'm just wondering if someone on here will know if shes been given my address?

Thank you

She shouldn't do as a rule.
The conditions will likely be "....not to contact, approach, communicate, interfere with prosecution witness 'ErmIDontKnow'...."

If she doesn't know your address, then there will be no need to disclose this to her. Its different for an ex-partner if he knows your address, as he may need a condition to stay away from it.

If he doesn't know your current address, we often word it as "... not to come within 100 meters of an address 'ErmIDontKnow' is currently residing at..."
