My fiance bought us tickets to a festival in a few weeks time a couple of months ago.
Unfortunately his email was hacked recently and the person got into his Just Eat account and ordered a load of food, our Netflix account, his Instagram, attempted to get onto Facebook and sent a load of spam emails on yahoo!
I informed the police who sent me to Action Fraud.
It appears now that they have also possibly got into our Ticket Master account. There are no tickets there, and we also have no confirmation email, so cannot get in touch with Ticket Master to report as they ask for an order number!
I'm really not sure what to do. The only evidence I have of this purchase is the bank statement.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?!
