No, I'm not high, just giving people another reason to give up on crime.

a couple of people have said I'm not making sense. My intention is to encourage others to send in their reasons, quotes or ideas about giving up on crime - but for some reason i'm not getting through. Is it that my own quotes seem too snobby, out of touch???
