Someone hacked my eBay and left their address

Hi all,
I just went to buy something on eBay and my post to address was someone else's home address. Luckily I saw this and changed it quickly. Can I report him to the police for fraud??? His name and address are on there.

@Aridane yes, changed my password. Apparently eBay won't do anything.

How have they paid for the goods?
Have you a card or PayPal linked to your account?
