Police and social issue

A while back my mum let me use her bank card to get a contract phone out as my credit was poor so I couldnt myself. I agreed to pay her money every 2 weeks for it in cash. My sister who she favourites has came back home to live with her and she's found out that my mum has helped me which she doesn't like. Because my mum doesn't want my sister falling out with her she's come up with a story of 'ive fraudulently used her card to do it'. She's sent me a nasty text tonight threatening me with the police and social services when I'm already on a Child Protection Plan. Will social services even find out about this?

Did she mean it, or is she just appeasing your sister? Sounds like your mum is scared of your sister!
Anyways, don't think the police would be interested-one word against another-and if you can show you've been paying her back regularly, there you go. And I'm pretty sure SS wouldn't be interested either. Police wouldn't contact them for this, in any event.
