SHROPSHIRE Moving and need some help. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THIS AREA?

Hi ladies me and my family ( twins 14 mo ) are relocating and have been viewing houses in Telford and Shrewsbury.
I am not familiar with the Shropshire and want to make sure the houses we are interested in are not in a dodgy area.
Anyone have some info about Colliery Mews, Heath Hill, Telford?

Also, Squinter Pip Way in Shrewsbury?

Just googled Squinter Pip Way. That's Copthorne/Radbrook area. Really nice area. Not too far from the town which is beautiful. Not sure about the areas in Telford, although Shrewsbury has traditionally been considered the nicer town.

I would pick Shrewsbury over Telford
