Would someone write me a short story?

Well actually 2 short stories

I am giving all my children fairy/pixie doors for Christmas, so I would like a story about a 'Walnut Corner Fairy' and a 'Walnut Corner Pixie' to stick on the back

Maybe with a bit about glitter/walnut shells being left when the fairy/pixie visited

Or something.......

Does anyone have a clue what I am on about??

You could always let everyone write you one who wants to and the ones you dont choose for your project would still come in handy for bedtime stories or something.

That seems very cheeky - however it would sort out next years Christmas presents too - I could get little books printed & send one to each author as well as giving them to my children for Christmas 09

If you would like a fairy door in exchange - do tell me if girl/boy & an age

DO you think I should limit it to about 10 or 12?

I might have a go at this...but i don't get what a fairy door is?or how walnuts fit in?

WC is my trading name (I'm a childminder)

So that is how it (almost) 'fits in'

A fairy/pixie door is a small door that fits on a skirting board so the fairies/pixies can get in without knocking on the main door or ringing the bell

The fairies/pixies have been known to leave a bit of glitter behind when their wings brush through the door

Sometimes the advent fairy/pixie (who fills the advent calendars up with chocolate) or the tooth fairy/pixie use the fairy/pixie doors

Fairies come to girls (mostly and their doors are pink/lilac/pastels) and pixies come to visit boys (in browns/reds/blues)

The room was quiet and dark when the tiny door moved. Suddenly the moon came out from behind a cloud and bathed the room in pale light.
As the door opened. a delicately pointed foot appeared, followed by a silvery wing. The fairy yawned and stretched as she came through the door into ?s room. Glancing round, she spotted what she had come for and flew across the room. A sprinkling of sparkly dust drifted down to the floor from her wings. Bending down to _?s pillow, the fairy whispered ?Sleep tight, little friend. Be a good girl!?, and dropped a gentle kiss onto her cheek. Then she flew quickly back to her special door and squeezed through, leaving a fine dusting of glitter behind her. If you were listening very carefully you might have heard the fairy whisper ?See you again next time!? as the door closed behind her.
Then the clouds moved back across the stars and left the room in darkness again.

Can't work walnut shell in I'm afraid. I did thinkn perhaps fairies use empty walnut shells as cradles for fairy babies? but not sure. .

These have to be made (& the bits haven't been delivered yet)
