I’ve written a non-fiction book called 21 Red Flags: Spotting the Signs of an Unhealthy Relationship (Identify Patterns, Break Cycles Make Changes). It is about recognising subtle red flags in relationships with a focus on the small signs and patterns that are easy to minimise or explain away.
It's based on lived experience (12 year controlling marriage and a 3 year nightmare relationship). I am a professional writer and editor in my day job, but also a qualified relationship coach and trauma-informed coach.
In total, the book took me around 4 years to write, professionally done. It is going on Amazon later this week and I am currently waiting for the proof copy.
I’d love some early feedback from anyone interested in the topic or fancies an early read! It is written as a practical guide so there are 21 (fairly short) chapters as well as a Part 1 explainer and a Part 3 "how did you get here" section.
