Just that really!
I've had a few crazy characters running through my brain for many years now and I think it's time to do them justice and put pen to paper.
Does anyone know of any free U.K. creative writing courses please?
Ive written many stories over the years but I'd like to be able to bring more structure to them.

The Open University does one on its platform : www.futurelearn.com/courses/start-writing-fiction

I did this and it was quite good, and it has positive reviews too.

Have a look on Future Learn, Udemy and Coursera. There will be some you need to pay for but probably some free ones too!

I came on to ask this. I've started to write my first book and am now realising I'm finding the tenses hard to maintain, conjunction overuse and passive voice issues.

I've signed up to that Futurelearn/OU one thanks to this thread. Had been wanting to do a creative writing class, didn't know there were any free ones! Thanks guys
