Anyone know anything about publishing to Apple Books?

And more importantly the tax forms etc. It all looks very confusing. I'm in the UK. All help gratefully received. Would only be looking to sell it for a small amount of money. £1.99 maybe?

What is the best way to upload it?
What about the ISBN number?
I've had a look at lulu.com but it got very confusing when it came to USA tax forms.

Sorry, OP, partial bump as I've not around to registering and publishing, I think for these reasons. Hopefully someone will come along from the UK who has gone through the process. If not, you might need to contact Apple's customer services and ask what UK-based authors should do as it does look like their tax and bank default is based on a USA location for authors.
