I have been tasked with publishing my dad's book and am looking at epublishing it but I have some questions I am hoping that some experienced epublishers can answer for me.
Should speech text use " or ' as speech marks?
When quoting newspaper reports etc again should you use " or '?
Is there a preferred layout for quoting news reports see examples below.
One reported noted, "blah blah, blah."
or
One reporter noted:
"Blah,blah,blah."
