Tinder Press open submission- great opportunity

This tinderpress.co.uk/2015/01/tinder-press-open-submission/ could be an amazing opportunity for unagented writers of literary fiction, with a complete manuscript.

Tinder Press (publisher) are open to submissions for two weeks only from 2nd March. They are asking for the first 50 pages plus synopsis and bio.

I'm not going to submit, as a) my novel is women's fiction and they have specified they want ONLY literary fiction (a commenter asked if they were looking for women's fiction and they said no) and b) it's not complete, and they say they may ask for the completed manuscript as soon as one week after submission.
