Can anyone advise on a summer course for CW for a 14 y/o

DD loves to write, and has won a story writing contest (not a particularly stealthy boast!)

We would love to encourage this passion of hers.

Does anyone know of any summer residential courses where they may move her forward in anyway?

We saw one at an Oxbridge college, but it cost $8000! We would be happy to bung a fair bit of money, but simply cannot afford that.

Have a look at the Arvon Foundation - they admit people from 16 on their normal courses but I don't know if there are any special ones for younger teenagers.
