Where to advertise a writing course?

Can anyone suggest any writers' forums where I can advertise a writing course I deliver?

Or any other outlets ideally that don't cost much?

It's an e-course so is available anyway- so need to reach UK - anywhere!

I've a page on my website at present, but that is only part of what I offer so the most obvious option is another website but don't want to pay those costs just yet.

I'd love to start a creative writing class. I've so many ideas, but just confused as to how to start and how to keep it all flowing.. The only thing I find with the courses I've looked at is the cost!
