Hi, My 3 year old developed tiny black spot in his front teeth last year and we took him to dentist . Only recommendation we got was keep brushing. I repeatedly informed the doctor that we have been brushing religiously twice a day since he was 1 year old. he doesn't eat any sticky, deep fried, sweet food frequently ( might be once a week). Always brush before sleeping. My son sometimes use to wakeup in middle of the night and request milk when thirsty/hungry in summery nights when he was 1, might be those residue on teeth caused this marks. we changed toothbrush to electric OralB. we use floride toothpaste.

Now the issue is, black mark didn't only got bigger but spread to 2 more teeth. i think we need medical advice to treat it but affraid if Dentist would be any helpful here in Dublin. i consulted with few other friends and they mentioned the same ( dentists didn't do or suggest any treatment. only brushing.

but i could be wrong, please help me here find best care..
