How long did it take from initial ads going up, to sale agreed, and then money in the bank?
I know this is a how long is a piece of string question but looking for any ballparks.
This for the sale of a house in an in-demand area. No chain on my side (seller), and likely to appeal to first time buyers so potentially no chain with the purchasers either. All paperwork on house up to date (land registry etc), and have a decent solicitor who I’ve worked with before.
