Emerge Festival - Hotels for 17 year olds

My daughter and friend are planning to go to Emerge festival in Belfast this summer.
We are trying to find a hotel which will allow 2 17 year old girls to have a room.

Appreciate any suggestions!

Either they need to lie and claim to be 18 or they need to take an adult. Youth Hostels in England & Wales allow unaccompanied 17 year olds but the youth hostels in Northern Ireland are not part of that and even they have a minimum age of 18.
