I’ve noticed someone walking a pitbull type dog near my house recently. The dog looks large and strong, is on a leash but unmuzzled. I have kids who walk home from school and play outside so this makes me extremely nervous.
How do I report the owner who is breaking the law by leaving the dog unmuzzled?
I don’t know the owner’s address only the local area, which is fairly small.
Will anything be done about it if I do report? I’d be grateful for any advice, thank you.
