How many counties in Ireland have you been to to

I was trying to get round to see them all, over the years.

I ticked off one county that I hadn't been to ever before this year - which was Kerry!

I think I've been to nearly every county now.

I've been to all of them in the Republic. Only been to 3 in the North.

I have Irish parents and spent every interminable summer in Ireland until I was 16. I’ve been to about 3. And not the ones you’d want to visit.

What counts as been to? I've probably driven through all of them but I don't think I got out of the car in Leitrim...

Only been to Dublin ( 3 times) …used to be able to fly there for a tenner from Liverpool! ….before covid…..I’m 59…..I would like to visit Belfast, but no wish to visit anywhere else in Ireland…..too many others places to visit

Just looking at map I think I've been to 30 - not counting Leitrim and Monaghan as I don't think I was outside the car there. Some of the visits were quite brief though - like I went to a work meeting in Carlow but was only there a couple of hours!

I was just counting mine properly. Because I knew I'd been to all the ROI counties and all of the coastal NI counties, but I thought there might have been one county in the middle of NI that I hadn't been to. But no, mow ive checked, I've been to all of the NI counties.

So I've been to and walked around in all 32. Yay.

I need to spend more time there - mostly I've been driving through, and poor Granard has a dark aura. I think I've only been to the Corlea trackway and visitor centre for any length of time, though that was fascinating, and seeing pitcher plants in flower was a thrill. I love all the areas in and around the Shannon catchment, and love peatlands.

I think pretty much all in the Republic, and at least 4 in the North. A few have been passing through, but I have climbed mountains, camped, done tourist stuff, shopped or eaten in most at least.
