Ah no. I feel likecwe jinxed this telling rugby mad dc that he had to go to bed and he could watch next weekend when it would be on at a better time. So needed peace! He will be raging now though.

Johnny lives near us. Such a lovely person. Am so sorry for him that his career has ended tonight. But he has been a fabulous ambassador for Irish rugby for so many years, he is revered in Leinster.

I watched it. It was heartbreaking stuff. I wonder if nerves got the better of them? The All Blacks were just relentless.

I think it's fair to say that he's revered all over Ireland and probably abroad as well. Very hard watching his interview at the end of the game.
