Hi all.
I've just booked my elderly mums flight to come see me, arriving into Dublin. She's fairly mobile but not able for the long distances in Dublin Airport so I just booked her special assistance....and now I'm worrying it will be a disaster! The guy I booked it with said to let her know she should not disembark but that someone would come to fetch her. She will hate being left til last onbthe plane and if they are at all slow to collect her she will get anxious and probably just get off!
Has anyone used this service? Is it efficient ? She will hate being patronised too so I'm already anticipating trouble. Just to be clear, I booked the assistance with DA not the flight operator (ryanair).
