Can someone get me a number to talk to a human at Permanent TSB?

Trying to help my elderly Irish relative who is currently visiting me in the UK with a banking issue and I can’t find a single number that works.

I have tried all of the ‘contact us’ numbers on their webpage, some don’t connect at all (strange long dialling tone) or others are constantly engaged. I don’t understand how a number like this can be engaged but here we are!

I have tried calling branches in her country but again- numbers listed online aren’t recognised, engaged or the same strange long dialling tone.

Any help appreciated. I can’t even get through to the fraud team or the 24 hour international help line.

I'm a ptsb customer. I've taken a screenshot of their contact numbers from the banking app. Hope this helps. Make sure to dial the +353... number if you're calling from the UK.

By the way re contacting branches, I've only ever been directed to call centre despite trying to call branches directly.

I bank with PTSB. When I dial the number for my local branch, I get diverted to a call centre. But someone generally answers eventually. I'm assuming you're phoning from the UK? If so, you need to dial 00 353 and then the area code but you have to drop the 0 off the area code. If you're phoning a Dublin number, the area code is 01. So you'd dial 00 353 1 and then the actual number. Hope you get it sorted soon.
