Travelling to NI via Dublin ferry - what do we need to do?

Going straight to Belfast for 5 days and then down to Mayo - do we need to do all of the ROI stuff (passenger locator, PCR or double vaccination) as well as the LFT (as required by NI as part of the CTA?) before we get on the ferry at Holyhead?

Do we need to do anything else once we leave Belfast and head to Mayo?

So 4 of us are double vax. Assume all fine - but do we also need a LFT before leaving and then on day 2 and 8 (not a problem to do just wondered if anyone is checking this / if we have to report these anywhere for NI?)

15 year old needs a PCR - not an issue.
19 year old single vaccinated - needs a PCR to enter ROI but then going straight to Belfast - if we were staying in ROI immediately he would need to quarantine for 5 days - but as we are going directly to Belfast assume he doesn’t …. But what is his status once we then drive to ROI after 5 days? Does he need another PCR?
